What We Do?

The Foundation for Women’s Hearts, Inc. is a nonprofit organization established to address the critical and often underrepresented issue of heart disease in women. Our mission is to reduce the incidence and impact of cardiovascular disease among women through education, research, and professional development.

Educational Services

We offer free heart health education workshops, seminars, and printed/digital materials to women in the community, particularly targeting underserved populations. These programs will focus on prevention, early detection, and treatment of heart disease in women.

Research Support

While most research funding will be directed to institutions, individual researchers may receive grants or stipends to support projects aligned with our mission to advance knowledge in women’s cardiovascular health.

Research Support

All recipients will be selected based on objective, non-discriminatory criteria, and no goods, services, or funds will be provided to insiders or disqualified persons. 
Shape 
The Foundation will collaborate with and provide support to other nonprofit organizations, academic institutions, and healthcare providers that share our mission.
 
This may include: 
Grants to Research Institutions:  We will fund research initiatives conducted by universities or hospitals focused on the prevention and treatment of heart disease in women. 
 
Partnerships with Community Organizations: We may provide educational materials, training, or funding to local clinics, schools, and nonprofits to help them deliver heart health education to women in their communities. 
 
All organizational recipients will be vetted to ensure alignment with our exempt purposes, and all grants will be governed by written agreements and reporting requirements to ensure proper use of funds.
